  11. The following document is one man's [regretfully not me :(]
  12. publicly-recorded Declaration of Independence from the thieves and liars who
  13. now claim to be part of the same government that was so brilliantly devised
  14. by the United States' founding fathers.
  15.  
  16. I found this jewel one day while researching real estate deeds in
  17. Connecticut (New Haven, I think).  I stumbled across it purely by accident,
  18. but I believe it may be very interesting to this mailing list's subscribers
  19. if they are unfamiliar with a document of this type.  Please let me know if
  20. you have seen such a proclamation before, and if it has any significance or
  21. legal ramifications. I have neither seen nor heard of anything like it
  22. before or since.

  62. When the United States of America, a Republic, went dormant for 
  63. lack of citizens, a situation brought about by her enemies, these 
  64. citizens being unscrupulously and unconstitutionally absorbed in 
  65. to the congressionally created pool of artificial persons known 
  66. as fourteenth amendment subjects, and;
  67.  
  68. WHEREAS the Congress of the United States, an independent and 
  69. unconstitutional body completely separate from that of The 
  70. Republic of the United States "of America" (see De Lima vs. 
  71. Bidwell, 182 US 1 (1901)) and where this outlaw body has diverted 
  72. its governing powers to their creations and have deserted the 
  73. BODY POLITIC of The Republic of The United States "of America", 
  74. and;
  75.  
  76. HAVE attempted to embrace the states united and unlawfully 
  77. usurped (see 16Am Jur 2nd) their sovereignty and jurisdiction 
  78. into their unconstitutional realm of power known as The District 
  79. of Columbia (Corporate "United States"), and to bring their laws 
  80. and illegal taxation into these several states united by their 
  81. successful unconstitutional effort to eliminate state sovereignty 
  82. and the republican form of government, which was destroyed by the 
  83. congressionally legislated 17th amendment (see Article IV, 
  84. Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America), 
  85. and;
  86.  
  87. WHEREAS the below named signatory was born on the soil containing 
  88. the property and inheritance known as the United States of 
  89. America, and is a natural born common law citizen thereof; and 
  90. was NOT born NOR has willfully and knowingly VOLUNTEERED 
  91. ALLEGIANCE to that District of Columbia body politic known as The 
  92. Corporate "United States", a body foreign to the Republic of the 
  93. United States of America; and signatory is a CITIZEN OF THE STATE 
  94. OF CONNECTICUT presently residing in the state of Florida;
  95.  
  96. DOES hearby asseverate, to any and all in the world, that this 
  97. citizen (C. Brent Herridge) of the Republic of the State of 
  98. Connecticut, does hereby cancel, annul, withdraw from, abandon, 
  99. and waive any and all connection with that unconstitutional body 
  100. known as the Corporate "United States"; that I WAS NOT born upon 
  101. its soil AND am not subject to, in any form or nature, the taxes, 
  102. statutes, codes, laws, ordinances, or other supposed authority 
  103. (in derogation of the organic [sic] constitution of the United 
  104. States of America) emanating from the District of Columbia or its 
  105. territory; to include the supposed authority of the "United 
  106. States District Courts" legislative "Article IV, Section 3 
  107. Territorial Courts"; or other usurped power illegally brought 
  108. into the states united by the De Facto Corporate government of 
  109. the District of Columbia, and;
  110.  
  111. Upon the knowledge, recently found, of the conspiratorial deceit; 
  112. perpetrated and executed by the legislators of decades past; 
  113. which has been embraced (knowingly, or unknowingly) through the 
  114. decades by the current legislators who have aided and abetted the 
  115. perpetuation of the ABANDONMENT of the Republic of the United 
  116. States of America (knowingly, or unknowingly) by omission, or 
  117. commission, WHO are just as culpable as those legislators that 
  118. originally were instrumental in usurping the power, jurisdiction 
  119. and the legislative authority that CONSTITUTIONALLY is found only 
  120. to be LAWFUL in the Republic of the United States of America;
  121.  
  122. DID perfect his status as a "preamble to the constitution 
  123. sovereign" by "notice of waiver, and waiver of contract provision 
  124. without consideration"; found in the public (common law) records 
  125. of Broward County, Florida; filed on August 26, 1988; as follows:

  134. This natural citizen does hereby, here and now, reaffirm and avow 
  135. his allegiance to the state of Connecticut (the state wherein he 
  136. was born) one of the original states united; and to the Republic 
  137. of the United States of America, which republic has been 
  138. subjugated, temporarily, by THE POLITICAL THEIRVES and 
  139. INTERNATIONAL MERCENARIES permitted into this nation by THE 
  140. TRAITORS in the (corporate) United States Congress, to which this 
  141. citizen OWES nothing, in reference to law and as a matter of law, 
  142. and;
  143.  
  144. THAT this waiver is Ab Initio as of the day of this citizen's 
  145. (Rocco A. Del Monaco, Sr.) birth, and, while this citizen does 
  146. not recognize, nor is he subject to, the unconstitutional codes 
  147. of the District of Columbia a.k.a. the Corporate "United States" 
  148. (see organic [sic] act of February 21, 1871); the political 
  149. thieves have, themselves, recognized the EXISTENCE of the fact 
  150. that their unconstitutional codes ONLY EMBRACE those individuals 
  151. who are unwittingly duped into subjecting themselves to paying 
  152. for a totally unlawful, fictional debt (commonly referred to as 
  153. the national debt) that has been perpetrated upon the kidnapped 
  154. citizens of the Republic of the United States of America; which 
  155. is expressed in their corporate "United States" text, titled 
  156. "Federal Tax Regulation" (Title 26 U.S.C.) under Section S1.1441-
  157. 5, "claiming to be a person not subject to withholding", Rocco A. 
  158. Del Monaco, Sr. enjoying the status as a natural born common law 
  159. citizen of the nation identified as the Republic of Connecticut 
  160. is NOT SUBJECT to the rules, ordinances or statutes of foreign 
  161. nations - wherever they may be located - any attempt, by any 
  162. individual; acting alone or in concert with any other 
  163. individual(s), will be viewed as a criminal assault; or, 
  164. purporting to lawfully represent the Republic of the United 
  165. States of America when in FACT they are representing a foreign 
  166. government headquartered in the District of Columbia; will be 
  167. viewed as an overt act of saw; and WE shall be subject to the 
  168. conventions of warfare, and;
  169.  
  170. THIS citizen has proven, over the years, that he is a peaceful, 
  171. common-law abiding citizen and possesses the fervent love of 
  172. nation as exemplified by his forceful (underage), voluntary 
  173. enlistment into the regular navy of the United States of America, 
  174. during World War II, and;
  175.  
  176. DOES hereby iterate that this citizen's allegiance is to his 
  177. creator, the Republic of Connecticut; and the Republic of the 
  178. United States of America as endowed into existence by the will of 
  179. the people (preamble) and expressed in the organic [sic] 
  180. constitution of the United States of America and the original 
  181. Bill of Rights expressed in the Articles of Amendment Numbered I 
  182. through X, and NO OTHER, and;
  183.  
  184. THIS citizen asseverates to all of the above;
  185.  
  186. In the year of our Lord, Jesus Christ, The God of our race 
  187. Israel, this 24th Day of March, 1989.

  206. 255-256 of the (I forgot the town ! New Haven maybe ??) Connecticut Deed
  207. Records. This version of the original document was prepared by C. Brent
  208. Herridge (me) on January 1, 1995 from a copy of the original recorded
  209. document made by me during May, 1993.

  211. I wrote a letter to Mr. Del Monaco at the address listed here immediately 
  212. after finding this document. He replied, and enclosed the June, 1993 issue
  213. of _The_Bulletin_, as prepared by the "Committee to Restore the Constitution". 
  214.  
  215. This organization appears to share many of the views of the Constitutional
  216. Party that is the subject of this mailing list.  Please point me to any
  217. available background info regarding any affiliations, warnings, jokes, etc. 
  218.  
  219. I have not had any further contact with Mr. Del Monaco or the "Committee to
  220. Restore the Constitution". Please respond to me with any additional
  221. information or interest in this document.
